About Us

Are you new to the church or the area? If so, you are very welcome! Please do check out our New to Church page to get all the information about what goes on at our church.

If you're wondering what an 'Inghamite' is, head over to our Inghamite History section to read about Benjamin Ingham and the churches he founded in the 18th century.

We are a friendly, informal village church made up of people from all walks of life and from different nations. We love to see new people and are confident that you will feel right at home. Our Sunday mornings begin with a warm welcome and an invitation to join us in celebrating the good news about Jesus Christ. Our worship is heartfelt and genuine. We expect to connect with God and to hear from Him.

We are also very active in our local community working alongside other churches and agencies and running our own projects in order to express the love of God in a practical way.

Our church is a registered charity and the official name is Inghamite Church CIO. CIO stands for 'Charitable Incorporated Organisation'.
